Wellness retreats

Sometimes healing also needs room to breathe.

A calm, restorative pause away from the everyday — space to rest, reflect and reconnect, in a peaceful hotel setting with gentle, guided support.

Our approach

Room to slow down and come back to yourself

Petronilla wellness retreats combine peaceful hotel accommodation with guided wellbeing activities, rest and optional confidential therapy. Each experience is designed to create space for reflection, renewal and meaningful reconnection — at a pace that feels humane.

Retreats are not a replacement for therapy or medical care, and they do not cure mental illness. They are an invitation to rest well, breathe more deeply and take practical wellbeing tools home with you.

A gentle, secondary offering

Wellness retreats are a complement to — never a substitute for — Petronilla’s core therapy services. They are hosted in partnership with a carefully selected hotel, [Partner hotel name] in [Hotel location], chosen for its calm, private and comfortable setting. Specific dates and prices ([Retreat dates], [Retreat prices]) are confirmed during your consultation.
